Regional Partnerships
Studios without walls!Strong formal agreements and relationships between leaders of existing programs, schools, agencies, businesses, individuals to implement the Digital Arts Studio Partnership Actin areas large enough to include training for 500 youth and 100 mentor adults each year for 5 consecutive years, with all the essential resources in geographic areas able to reach and serve 1 million people or more.
If we build the 10 ring quality first and bond the strongest, most diverse, and best with inclusive vision and values, the growth will follow with ease and similar quality. If we unite what already exists, we can thrive on very limited initial funding.
Each Partnership may have its own special character, virtue, organizational composition hub, applicant, satellite studios, media ateliers, youth organizations, industry and non-profit alliances, showcase models and oversight bodies – to build and share with the others yet each must demonstrate a common high standard of strategic planning, information gathering and reporting, program innovation, participatory fund and resource acquisition, statewide shared committee work, special projects and meetings.
